Unfortunately the Evangelical Party has a voice louder than their numbers due to the amassed fortunes of their leadership. They do NOT speak for all Christians. They are NOT the voice of God. They do NOT have the authority of God. God does.

I have given up checking out stupid postings on Facebook. Threw in the towel. Can’t keep up. Besides people believe lies because they want to believe lies. It’s either that or they simply don’t care if what they’re passing is the truth or not as long as it suits whatever agenda they want to believe. I’m not tracking down any more chiropractors shuffling papers claiming that the truth is being kept from us and they have the “real” information. I’m not tracking down any more nitwits saying that COVID-19 isn’t any worse than the flu. I’m not watching any more nameless people that know some people that speak with some other people that know what’s really going on that we should all know about and share with others because nobody is talking about what is really going on! Then if you really want to do some trippin’ just go down through the one conspiracy after another comment wonderland. Really it’s alternate universe stuff. And they are serious! They are simply not capable of rational thought. These are the no one tells me what to do food licking cough on me cough on you people. They are Trump’s expendables.
An abomination.
Too many doctors, nurses, support staff, caregivers, first responders and innocents have lost their lives already. There have been enough testimonies from those on the front lines telling us different. There have been enough articles about mortuaries not having enough room for all the dead people. We’ve seen too many grieving family members not to know that something different is happening. Something out of the ordinary. At this point to claim that this pandemic is no worse than the flu is to ignore reality. It is to ignore those that have died from COVID-19.
What’s more it denigrates and is disrespectful to all those that have lost their lives battling this disease. They really don’t need people drumming up more work for them. They’d like to get back to the time where they didn’t have to dress in hazmat suits and wear hazmat gear to do their jobs. As I have read and watched on videos they are not intentionally killing people. We’re in a pandemic.
The pastors of the Evangelical Party chomping at the bit to endanger people are in the minority. Clergy joining in and calling for people to ignore what is going on is an abomination.
Jesus has left the building.
I have watched too many pastors encouraging people to get killed and to kill others because they have the God given Constitutional right to do so. I have been listening to this End Times crap since I was kid, just as the generations proceeding us have. It’s Schrodinger’s End Times. Until it happens or doesn’t happen it’s both true and not true. God exists and God doesn’t exist. We’ve been living in the end times since Jesus left.

In the real world.
Ω Story after story after story of pastors telling people that the virus is a scam. Then some of these pastors die from COVID-19. God didn’t save them. The Pentecostal church has been hard hit.
Ω Members of their congregations die from COVID-19 because people die from COVID-19.
Ω Meetings of church people have spread COVID-19 because COVID-19 is spread by close contact just like it has been spread in other meetings. COVID-19 was spread at Mar a Lago.
Ω Church members working in fellowship unmasked and ungloved can spread COVID-19.
From the great pandemic Evangelical Party leader Franklin Graham:
“This is just my opinion, but in listening to the President’s enemies and the liberal media, it seems that they would like to see this shut-down drag out into the summer months and further weaken the economy—not to save lives—but to try to use this to defeat Donald Trump in the upcoming election.”
You see that “This is just my opinion,…” part of the sentence. In that entire get back to work statement he never actually endorses President Trump. He walked the line and only mentioned a future election and that others seemed to be against him. Sweet. It’s almost like a lawyer wrote it for him.
That’s the part that they use over the generations to keep their tax exempt status. That’s that separation of church and state provision that they use to protect their money along with their tax exempt properties.
Their free speech rights are protected by the Constitution. They walk that fine line of issues versus just coming out and saying that they support their Caesar, President Trump.
Are they being honest? If they truly believe that President Trump is fighting Satan shouldn’t they something along the lines of, “You need to vote for President Trump because he’s fighting Satan!” They just can’t quite bring themselves to do the “You need to vote for…” part.
Kind of seems to me like they really aren’t all in.
Gaming the system.
Churches and religious organizations can endorse candidates if they want to. There is no prohibition. They take political positions for or against individual candidates if they want to. All they have to do is start paying taxes if they decide to go that route. They want to be able to do it and still not pay taxes. That would give up their special tax status NOT their religious freedom.
Sue them.
If a church was responsible for getting a loved one, friend or member of my family killed I would want a legal piece of them. I would want them out of the ‘I’m making money off of Jesus business’. Their tax exempt status would not protect them. I would let them prove their legal right to endanger and kill innocent bystanders in court.
Ω People can be sued.
Ω Churches are NOT immune from lawsuits.
Ω Churches can be sued if they’re unincorporated.
Ω Church members can be sued.
Ω Pastors can be sued.
Ω Churches do NOT have a legal Constitutional right to endanger people outside their congregation. No one has that right.
They want to change that. They want a legal pass. They want the okay from their man in the White House. His man the Attorney General looking into doing just that. They bought the Supreme Court. They want to be free from pandemic related lawsuits because they pushed their, emphasis on their, congregation to snuggle up close during a pandemic. They want to be martyrs! They don’t care if they endanger innocents in the process. They just don’t want to be held legally responsible,
Don’t let them get away with it.
