Obvious ?s

 (2.75-minute read)

It seems to me that there are some obvious questions that aren’t being asked regarding Trump and his actions both current and previous.

#1 Pardons

Why didn’t President Trump pardon all the participants of the January 6th attack before he left office?

Seditionists were being arrested and charged before Trump left office by HIS FBI.  Trump knew that they were in legal jeopardy and likely would be sentenced to jail.  All that he had to do was issue a blanket pardon for all the participants.  He didn’t.

Republican Congress people, along with some of Trump’s staff and supporters, like Supreme Court Thomas’ wife, involved in overthrowing the election and our country knew that what they were attempting was illegal.  That’s why they requested pardons.  Why didn’t Trump pardon them?

#2 War in Ukraine.

Why didn’t Trump negotiate Russia leaving Ukraine when he was President?

Trump said that he could end the war in Ukraine in 24 hours.  Why didn’t he?  Trump was President when Russia was already in Crimea and the Donbas region of Ukraine and waging war.  Why didn’t Trump do something then to stop what was taking place?  After all, he claims that he’s the greatest negotiator.  Think of all the lives that he could have saved.

Instead, he held up weapon deliveries and tried to blackmail President Zelensky.

#3 Know a secret?

Why would Trump declassify our nation’s secrets for anyone to read?

Why in the world would Trump claim to have declassified our nations secrets thereby putting the information in the public domain to be seen by our nation’s enemies?  Trump stole classified documents along with other government records.

A retired Air Force officer was sentenced in June of this year to 3 years for stealing classified documents.[1]  Snowden fled the country after stealing classified documents, otherwise he would be serving time now.

Is Trump above the law?

#4 Leaving Afghanistan.

Why didn’t Trump negotiate our armed forces leaving Afghanistan while he was in office?

If it was so easy to negotiate with the Taliban then why didn’t Trump finish the job?  Why didn’t Trump pull out all our troops while he was in office?  Trump left it to President Biden to clean up his mess and extricate our remaining troops.  And it was a mess.  We haven’t seen a debacle like that since the fall of Saigon.

#5 Food fight!

I would like for some/any reporter to ask Trump if he has thrown food against the wall since he was a baby or did he only start doing that as President in response to stress?[2]  I have to tell you that I am a tad curious as to what type of ketchup Trump prefers to throw against the wall.  It would make for a great commercial.  I’m going to guess that some brands of ketchup stick to the wall better than others.  Well, it could be that a runny ketchup works and splashes better.  IDK  What attributes of food are better when thrown via plate?  Or does Trump just bounce burgers against the wall?

So many unanswered questions.
