“Saying the quiet part out loud.”[1]

            I’m hearing the phrase in quotes more often now as more, and I use the word with some reservation, conservatives like Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, voice their true feelings to a more permissive fascist sub-culture.  Ye is taking a public thrashing over his supportive comments about Nazis and Hitler.  Keep in mind that Ye has also referred to himself as Jesus personified.[2] 

            Should we cut Ye some slack for being diagnosed as bi-polar?[3]  Is mental illness an excuse for praising Nazis or being a bigot?  Nope.  Nazis and bigots can be mentally ill but not all mentally ill people are Nazis or bigots. 

BTW if we’re to believe Trump’s Chief of Staff Trump also expressed support for Hitler.[4] He also voiced admiration for Putin as well.[5]  Trump loves him some dictators.  He wants to be one.  Bad.  A sentiment he expressed on his personal social media account where, for example, he said the quiet part out loud. 

            I was watching a Meidas Touch video by Ben Meiselas and he commented that we needed to stop referring to what is going on in the current MAGA Republican Party as being conservative because there is nothing conservative about it.[6]  It’s fascism. Period.  How did Germans let Hitler happen?  Just look around the world today.  Look at what’s taking place in America.  MAGA fascists taking away rights under the guise of providing freedom – like banning books, threatening teachers, etc.

            This fascist crap has been going on for years now.  Trump simply made it possible for them to come out of their fascist closets in 2016 when he started his run for President.  The Republican Party took them mainstream.  Fascists showed up for Trump from the very beginning and have stayed with him through today.  He just came off hosting a couple of them at Mar a Lago.  They (they being white supremacists, antisemites, Christian nationalists, racists, Confederates, Nazis, incels et al) showed up at Charlottesville[7] where he said that there were very fine people on both sides[8], at his rallies and right up to January 6, 2021 where they showed up with their fascist flags and carried a racist flag into the Capitol.  Freedom!

None of this is new.

Groomers

            Republicans have been grooming fascists for decades.  They’ve just lost control to the fascists that they created.  Trump brought them close with his first term where he gutted government and was recreating it in his own image.  But he needed a second term to finish the job.  MAGA fascists now comprise half of their half of congress.  They’re just a couple of states away from having a Constitutional Convention where they can rewrite our Constitution to give Trump what he wants.

            They prefer to appeal to their MAGA fascists quietly though.  It’s like Pompeo calling out Jews without using the word Jew.  He did it quietly.  It was coded.  The “Jews will not replace us crowd” knew who he was calling out.  They want to whitewash history because reading about white slavers triggers them.  That’s why they oppose Critical Race Theory (CRT).  They want history to put white people in a more benevolent light.  They don’t want anything taught that casts aspersion on their racist goals.  They oppose the Black Lives Matter (BLM) proponents because black people are acting all uppity again.  Real scientists cause problems for their agenda because climate change mitigation gets in the way of profits.  The right of women to be in charge of their own bodies is an affront to the control they want to exercise over others.  Truthful education doesn’t serve the myth of white exceptionalism.  Teachers are an obstacle to their grooming of a society that they’re in charge of.

What happens when Trump gives the stage to people like Ye and Fuentes is they use their time in the spotlight to state out loud their beliefs in actual uncoded language?  They don’t beat around the bush when it comes to racism, misogyny, bigotry, etc.  Ye doesn’t like Jews.  He uses the name.  Fuentes doesn’t support equal rights for women, LGBTQIA, people of color, etc. and says it right out loud.[9] 

We don’t have to guess who’s coming to dinner at Trump’s place.

Losers

            1/6 hasn’t entered the lexicon of common usage yet like 9/11 has. You mention 9/11 and people automatically know what you’re talking about. 1/6 isn’t there yet. If Republicans have their way it won’t be. Like Pence says, “I will not allow Democrats or their allies in the media to use one tragic day to discredit the aspirations of millions of Americans. Or allow Democrats or their allies in the media to distract our attention from a new administration intent on dividing our country to advance their radical agenda. My fellow Republicans, for our country, for our future, for our children and our grandchildren, we must move forward, united.” This from the guy that Trump supporters were shouting that they wanted to hang. They tried and failed. 

Losers. Losers all.

            Loser Pence, Loser Trump and the Republican Party would rather have people believe that it wasn’t their traitor supporters that sacked the Capitol and also that it really wasn’t that big of a deal. Hell, even Vladimir Putin thinks that the poor losers are being picked on. Fox Pravda certainly thinks it’s much ado about nothing. So because of Trumpsters, for the first time in 220 years, there was no peaceful transfer of power AND people tried to stage a coup with the help of their Republican Representatives and Senators that voted against accepting the vote of “We the People” AND some people died AND some police were assaulted AND 140 police officers were injured AND over a million dollars in property was damaged. Really!

What’s the big deal?!

Pandora

            Republicans don’t want 1/6 investigated by congress like the 9/11 Commission because the trails lead back to high-level Republicans. It isn’t about politics. It is about fear. Fear that too many Republican elected officials and operatives helped stage the coup attempt. They provided logistical support. They gave tours beforehand to familiarize the traitors with the layout. Republicans from around the country participated. Republican elected officials participated. Conservative cops participated. Conservative service members participated. All the major racist organizations participated. Evangelicals were there in body as well as spirit. They support the Big Liar Loser. And that’s the Republicans real problem. Too many trails lead back to the poorest Loser in history—Loser Trump.

Soft coup

            Personally I think that Republicans are making a tactical mistake. A 1/6 Commission would help keep the attention off of their ongoing soft coup attempt. This would be their rigging the vote in every state that is possible while they pursue a Constitutional Convention to rewrite the Constitution like it should be. You know the original Constitution. They’ve got the Supremes to help them. The same name as a popular group of women of color singers. Irony.

 Salt of the earth

            There is a constant in history. People that are kept down long enough will eventually rise up. Sometimes they lose. Sometimes things get worse. Sometimes they win. We have 40 million plus people in this country living in poverty and tens of millions more unable to ever get ahead. We have an oppressed economic class. There are millions of immigrants serving as economic slave labor. Muslims are being oppressed in this country along with Asians and people of color as well as other minority groups. People are being crushed by debt. Conservatives don’t want the poor to have health care. White and Christian Nationalists are pushing to make things to get worse. They want to start throwing women that seek abortions in jail. They want to be able to discriminate against LGBTQ people. This a short list of the evil they would do.

            Republicans are working hard for the richest part of our society at the expense of all the rest of us. They have America wounded and on the ropes.

Republicans are rubbing salt in the wounds.

            The Loser Trump, along with his Republican enablers is at it again.

            Along with continuing to promote “The Big Lie” The Loser is now claiming that he will be back in office as President in August. There is NO Constitutional provision for that to happen. None. So what is this monumental Loser advocating? Well, he’s encouraging his fellow traitors to do it again. He’s advocating another a coup attempt. Since his treasonous supporters are already backing the Big Lie another insurrection is the obvious next step.

Battle Cry!

            Who is the Republican spokesliar today and what are they lying about?

            Nationally, the current Republican Party is kind of like an evil Comic Con convention crossed with an Un-AA meetings where the motto is “Quitting is for Losers” where people take a drink every time someone comes up with a new conspiracy theory to shove out to the cult.

            “Uncount the votes for Biden!”

            “Throw them out!”

            “Especially if they come from black people!”

            “Throw them out!”

            “Trump now! Trump tomorrow! Trump forever!”

            “Biden votes?! Throw them out!”

            “Throw them out!”

            “By book or buy crook!”

            “Throw the Vote!”

            “Count every legal vote except the ones for Biden!”

            “Throw them out!”

            You know Republicans don’t seem to believe in the idea of America, the Constitution, our electoral process, Americans in general, anyone not them, the teachings of Jesus, honesty, integrity, morality, well, I could go on but you know the picture. If people want to get back to the idea of America here’s a suggestion regarding Republicans currently holding any kind of office.

Throw them out!

            What Trumpicans are doing is telling Republican controlled states to throw the match, the game, the vote! They are telling fellow party members to commit illegal acts. They are telling party members to overthrow our form of government and replace it with Trump, the Evangelical Party’s Chosen One.

            Now here is where I’m going to compliment some Republican leaders. They are refusing to do it. Granted if the vote was fraudulent they were the ones in charge of it but they are choosing to put country before party. They are doing this in spite of threats and intimidation from those supporting “The Chosen One”. Speaking of the Chosen One the Evangelical Party is silent in regards to Republicans attempting a legal coup. Hm, legal coup doesn’t sound quite right does it? That’s because there’s no such person unless one is a Trump supporter.

NOTE:  I really wanted to work in all of the names of the Evangelical Party leaders that supported “The Liar” but just couldn’t work out the septic flow. Just think of them all. It’s too long of a list for my purposes.

Constitution? We don’t need no stinkin’ Constitution!

            While bleating outrageous-lies-with-no-substance in public for their master about election fraud leaders of the Republican Party are trying to steal the election on non-existent technical grounds. They are also quite out in the open trying to pressure Republicans to throw out millions of legal votes cast for Biden. Just Biden. If people are serious about “stopping the steal”, an organization by convicted felon Stone, then stop Republicans from trying to do just that.

            In 34 lawsuits Republicans have yet to submit any evidence even remotely resembling massive voter fraud or any kind of fraud. Honesty is just unacceptable to them. It’s a foreign concept to them.

Three people can keep a secret if two of them are dead.

            I really feel for Raphael Warnock and Jon Ossoff running for the Senate in Georgia. The Republican Party false prophets are running at full capacity in making up falsehoods about them. The false prophets can make up stuff faster than it can be denied. It’s like a game of ‘Whack a Mole’ only with conspiracy theories. It’s going to be brutal.

            Their Republican opponents are in the catbird seat. They can say that they’re for the same things because they know their fellow Republican millionaires and multi-millionaires will vote down anything that will improve the lives of poor and working class Americans. They will continue being rubber stamps for all things Trump as they continue riding the Trump train to a dark America.

Cancel their tickets.
