 Trump asks Putin for Help!

            Trump has asked for Putin’s help again. Yes, that Putin. The evil bastard that invaded Ukraine, started bombarding cities and threatened all of Europe. (Watch the clip that is linked. It was posted March 29^th. Let me know if it doesn’t work. Meaning that it’s been pulled down.)

            It’s only natural that Trump is still looking for help from his idol. Putin is a man he trusts and evidently thinks that Americans should believe as well. The man condemned by the Western world. Well, except for the Putin wing of the Trump Republican Party and right wing extremists. 

            I’m only going to say this on the off chance that a Trump supporter is reading this but all of the accusations that Trump made in the interview have already been debunked. Putin delivered for Trump in 2016 (Mueller Report Vol I) according to the Mueller Report. (Vol II) Let’s see if he delivers for his buddy again.

            This is why Trump is called a narcissist. He only relates to the world as it relates to him. There may be a war going on in Europe but he doesn’t like to brag but he got a hole in one he bragged. That’s really important to know and he said he had witnesses. Always a plus for a man known as a habitual liar.

            Will Putin take a little time off and get some propaganda to Trump? He is kind of busy being a Despot In Charge (DIC).

Time will tell.

 

Remarkable turn (I minute 15 seconds read)

            In a truly remarkable turn of events Laura Ingraham of Fox Pravda has broken with a long tradition of opposing brown immigrants and come out in opposition to white immigrants! Yes! It’s true! You can watch her < interview > with guest Todd Bensman.

            Bensman actually said, “They’re doing great for a group of war refugees.” I didn’t think that I heard that right and went back to listen to it a couple of times. Sure enough that’s what he said. And that’s just one of the many disgusting things that these two said. They even managed to work in the southern border that ‘Tiny Trump’ wants to putinize. (That name comes from his one night stand Stormy Daniels.)

            BTW the last time I checked Trump’s vaunted wall had been breached over 300 times.

            Todd Benson is from the right wing < Center for Immigration Studies. > And of course the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC) ties them to White Nationalists as well as Stephen Miller of the Trump White House. He was a perfect guest for Ingraham of Fox Pravda to have on.

            Ingraham went on to complain that Democrats had a “bizarre rationale” for taking in Ukrainian refugees. That rationale being that America took in Afghan refugees and some of them are still living in hotels according to Ingraham. Oh yes, I should mention that Ingraham says that what happened to Ukraine is terrible. She just doesn’t think that we should take any refugees since it isn’t in their best interests.

I believe the Ukrainians have earned the right to decide that.

 

That’s about all of Fox Pravda that I can stomach.

Radio Free Russia (2 minute read)

 

As I live and breathe

            There’s a radio station in Missouri broadcasting Russian government “Radio Sputnik” < programming/propaganda. > Yes, Missouri. The guy running the station receives $5,000 month for doing so. He claims that freedom of speech allows him to do so. He is registered as a foreign agent. You can read all about him in the link provided.

            When I first read some of this stuff I think that surely someone is just making this up but then I investigate and sure enough it turns out to be true. It’s like learning about Trump trying to stage a coup and overthrow our government. In as little as 6 years ago that wouldn’t have been believable yet here we are.

Back to Russian Radio Sputnik

            The man running the station has his conservative defenders and followers. No doubt these same conservatives are among those who vilified Jane Fonda back in the day, and now they support this fellow broadcasting Russian propaganda. All in the name of free speech. The laws concerning freedom of the press haven’t changed all that much since WWII. It would have been unthinkable then to have anyone defend Hitler and the right for Nazi propaganda to be disseminated to the American public over the radio or any means.

            Since that time and subsequent conflicts freedom of speech grew in terms of what our population and culture would accept. Nazis, racists, white nationalists, communists, confederates et al have availed themselves of our freedom of the press, association, and speech. (We have an extreme minority of Nazis just like Ukraine.) Fox Pravda continues to operate with impunity as they not only disseminate Russian propaganda but generate programming that the Russian government can use as propaganda. Memo from Putin:

            Just to add insult to injury Putin’s supporters in this country get to portray themselves as victims because people are picking on them for exercising their right to freedom of speech. They have the right to defend the man threatening nuclear war against the world.

            The real legitimate press of our nation is referred to as being the “enemy of the people” by the Trump Party. They would rather believe every bad thing about our government and all the cockamamie conspiracy theories made up about our free and fair elections so that Trump can be made < President for life. > Trump said he was joking. Then along with his Party he tried to overturn the election results of November 2020.

He obviously wasn’t joking.
