Algorithm

I watched violence in the air and from the air,

more violence was sent

violence from the streets, crowds and humanity

small acts and large

 

watching death from afar and up close

and personal

the ugliness of more death was sent to enjoy

for my viewing pleasure

 

then ignorance showed up

                                                EVERYWHERE

Ignorance ruled.

Ignorance became the truth

so much despair can become overwhelming,

 

saddening to the soul

 

then came poetry from the heart

like soaking in a warm bath at the end of a good day

it became a flood

 ~
