Look for the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) to be in the news a LOT more in the coming days if not accompanied by a LOT of talk about what the framers meant at the time when they created our Constitution along with others over the years as amendments were added.[1] Especially if they decide to hear Trump’s claim of total Presidential immunity or let stand the lower court ruling that he doesn’t.
I’m not sure that the rapist Trump, currently out on bail for committing election fraud in Georgia, has thought the ramifications of his appeal through. If Trump wins, then he (or any other president, for that matter) can do anything he wants, with impunity. ALLEGEDLY. Should President Biden beat him again in the election Trump can just go back to being an ordinary citizen doing time for crimes that he committed. If Biden loses to Trump then he has a couple of months to think about his options and maybe Trump should give some serious thought if he has any money left to getting a Patriot missile system to protect Mar a Lago, along with hiring some Chechen mercenaries that don’t care who they work for.
They’ll want their pay up front.

But let’s not get ahead of ourselves. There are court filings aplenty yet to be made.
There’s going to be lots of talk about originalism, textualism, off-rampism, dodge ballism and just make it up as you goism.[2]
The SCOTUS conservative originalists are really big on what the founding fathers meant when they put our constitution together. Keep in mind here in this discussion about staying true to the constitution that the founding fathers created a document that protected white property owners and people of color were considered property. BTW they wouldn’t have had any women on the Supreme Court either. Know why? Women weren’t allowed to vote or hold office. They also didn’t have any problems with child labor or fucking slaves without compensation. Hey, at least Trump offered to pay for sex.[3] We’re talking cash, too, not credit cards.
Now this kind of talk is right up Trump’s alley because he holds a lot of these truths to be as self-evident now as they were then.
Trump’s a renaissance man, after all.
