When fascists end.
It isn’t pretty.

Caution Fascists at work.
The MAGA Republicans of Congress are in on the coup. They sold their honor, integrity, character and morality. They have damaged souls. They came cheap. They sold out for a government paycheck and to be close to their Führer Trump.
Fascism is their guiding star and has been for years as they have sought to undermine our democracy, beginning with Nixon who was the first in our lifetimes to claim that the President could do anything.[2] He also said that he wasn’t a crook right before he resigned from office for being a crook.[3] Reagan started laying the groundwork with the theme that the government is the enemy.[4] They were ahead of their time but laid out one of the underlying principles of MAGA.
White male supremacy.
Trump wasn’t joking.
In the run-up to the 2024 election Trump said,

His fascist MAGA little Hitlers are always quick to say that he really meant something else. The internet is full of former Trump supporters claiming that they didn’t think that he was serious. His MAGA cult thinks that it will be others that suffer. NOT them. The internet is full of videos of MAGA supporters wailing about what was done unto others was done unto them too. That’s what they object to. They were okay with other people getting fucked over by MAGA.
Ultimately almost everyone will suffer.
Is the fix already in?
When Führer Trump made those comments, his Christian Nationalists had already made the plans with Project 2025 for MAGA to “fix”, another word for rig, the next election. They’re doing it right now in red states by passing voter suppression bills. The coup has already taken place. The MAGA leaders have seized control and are firing or forcing to resign all the decent career people in the administration. They can’t abide those that believe in the rule of law, our democracy and basic human decency.
Look at MAGA Republicans in Congress right now. Does it seem like they’re concerned about harming their own constituents? They’re marching in lockstep with their Führer. Cutting Medicaid and harming veterans to fund tax breaks for the rich will cause millions of MAGA supporters harm yet they’re doing it anyway.
The convicted felon’s tariff war is destroying the economy but in the Continuing Resolution that they passed they gave up the congressional right to overturn the Economic Emergency declared by Trump, thereby enabling Trump to continue his foolish Trade War and spend funds however he wants.[5] This spells the end of the checks and balances that have formed the basis of our government.
War and fascism ultimately lead to suffering, chaos and loss. Human suffering. Economic loss. Eventually, though not always, the fascist leaders end up dead, imprisoned or punished. Sadly, millions of innocent people will suffer before that happens.
MAGA will eventually fall.
But at what cost?
